We are using this antibody for HEK293 and COS7 cells (over expressed GFP for transfection control or GFP conjugated proteins). The binding of the antibody is very strong and the bands are quite intense. I usually prefer 2 hours incubation in R.T, although O/N incubation works better. There was no unspecific binding so far.

The antibody has great binding and very good specificity. We have been using the same aliquot (stored at +4 degrees) and there is still no decrease in binding or specificity (we also filter it every 2 months). Also, it works good in 2 hours incubation. The antibody is diluted in TBS without any blocking agent. Only blocked before the incubation with 4% BSA. Also, please note that this antibody binds also to YFP.
Very good specificity and binding, binds to both GFP and YGP.
I strongly suggest this antibody to everyone. The image I am attaching has exposed only 0.7s (30ug proteins/lane).
