I used so many different DNA polymerases, but this one is perfect. They provide it in the form of 2x premix. You just need to add the primers and the template. My bands are always so bright thicker, so I reduced the cycles from 38 to 35. Also, I realized that some products that couldn't be amplified with other enzymes were amplified with this one.

The bands are really bright and thick. Decrease your cycle.
Very good enzyme. Easy to use. No thawing. It is in a premix form. The product yield is high and easy to get hard-to-amplify targets.

I recommend this enzyme especially for hard to amplify targets. It helped me a lot!
