This DAPI dye have been used for DNA staining. It worked well in immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometry.

Dilute in water or PBS with 0.1µg/mL-10µg/mL. Protect from light.
The cell nuclear can successfully be stained with DAPI. It can be detected by fluorescence microscopy , flow cytometry etc.
