PECAM-1 otherwise called CD31is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PECAM1. It is one of the highly glycosylated protein with size of 130 kDa. PECAM-1 plays a key role in removing aged neutrophils from the body. Here we checked the time course effect of chemoattractant on CD31 expression.
