We performed western blot and detect, analyzed the Wnt9b expression. We found that there is a a time dependent increase of Wnt9b expression by chemoattractant.
This is a antibody and works great for western blot.
It works great for western blot and the signal is very strong. This antibody doesn't give any dark background. Highly recommended.
