Antibodies are produced by plasma cells (PC) that are terminally differentiated B cells and play crucial roles in host protection against infections but are considered to mediate autoimmunity in patients with rheumatic diseases, such as systemic lupus (SLE) or rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Our research aims at understanding the biology of B cells and antibody-secreting cells (ASC) in health and disease. In this experiment we are titrating CD49b, which is usually expressed in non- B cells.

In this experiment, we wanted to know which is the best dilution of anti-CD49b PE-Cy7.CD49b is expressed by NK cells, so CD19-. We gated lymphocytes, singlets and live cells. We used several dilutions of anti-CD49b. The best is 1/800.
