Phosphodiesterase 4D is one of the member of the PDE cyclic nucleotides. PDE4D consists of a single chain of amino acids with no predicted transmembrane domains. Protein kinase C is known to regulate by PDE4D and also by cAMP in vascular smooth muscle cells. PDE4D is essential to have equilibrium in relaxing and contracting cues to airway smooth muscle. Here we checked the time course effect of PDE4D expression by chemoattractant.
