Company:

MilliporeSigma

Product Name:

RIPA Buffer

Catalog Number:

R0278

We use RIPA Buffer as a reagent for cell lysis when preparing cells lysate for protein quantification. This product is very useful as is ready to use and very gentle avoiding protein degradation. I usually add 300-500ml on each well of a 6-wells flat-bottom plate. Before using it I'm used to add a proper amount of the Protease Inhibitor.
