I used Leica SP8 confocal microscope to visualize HEK293 nuclear pore complex proteins and this antibody worked great. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with %0.1 Triton X-100. Incubation done at 4°C for overnight. I used Alexa Fluor® 594 Goat anti-mouse IgG (minimal x-reactivity) Antibody as a secondary antibody.
Immunofluorescence
HEK293
Overnight at 4°C. 1:200 dilution.

3 hours at R/T with secondary Ab

I could even see the nuclear pores in very low resolutions. The unspecific binding looks very minimal and the image was quite clean.
Good binding. Minimal unspecific binding.
No bad side.
Great antibody, looks like a must!
