ProteinTech is getting a line in the acknowledgments of my dissertation for this antibody. I tried 4 different Ub antibodies (two of which have been published on in my field and protein of interest) and this is the ONLY one that worked.

I used this antibody to verify the ubiquitination of ferroportin via hepcidin and the inhibition of this by a ubiquitination inhibitor. The blot show Ub at the level of ferroportin in a variety of samples (iPSC and HEK293 cells).
ProteinTech should replace Abcam as King of Abs.
