We are an immunotherapy focused group, with interest in CD8 T-cells and their TCRs. For our experimental purposes, we were interested in establishing IgA1 and IgA2 specific immortalized B-cell lines. PBMCs from blood donors were infected with EBV and once a cell line was produced, IgA1 and IgA2 populations were FACs sorted.
