CD68 is expressed in low levels in unstimulated T cells and increased upon activation. Using this antibody, we were able to identify what percentage of T cells from inflamed tissues failed to increase CD68 in response to in vitro activation with IL-2.
Cells permeabilized with FoxP3 Fix/Perm (BioLegend) prior to staining with CD68-PE antibody.
Very bright staining. Clear positive and negative populations.

This antibody worked very well to analyze intracellular CD68 in T cells and we will continue to use it in our research.
