I use this kit to purify PCR products and restriction enzyme digestion products. It works very well, giving high quality DNA that can be used for assembly, ligation, sequencing, and more.

This kit can also be used to extract DNA from an agarose gel, by adding one step to dissolve the gel with Monarch Gel Dissolving Buffer.
I check DNA purity with a nanodrop. I obtain high quality DNA, with good A260/A280 and A260/A230 ratios.
