Really great medium to cryopreserve primary human cells lines, such as lymphocytes. Cell viability and recovery after thawing is truly improved compared with freezing in RPMI-SVF medium.

I have used thawed PBMC for functional assay after just an overnight resting following thawing.
I use this medium to freeze PBMC, T cells, B cells and NK cells, and I obtain good results with it.
Works very well.
