I use this Recombinant Human IFN-gamma to enhance the expression of surface major histocompatibility complex class I on my cells.

Try different concentrations of IFN-gamma to determine which one is the best for your cells.
I incubate the cells for 3 days with a concentration of 100 ng/mL of IFN-γ and then I check the level of surface MHC by flow cytometry. This IFN-γ is effective for my experiment.
