I use CTS™ NK-Xpander™ Medium supplemented with 5% human AB serum and 500 UI /mL IL-2 to expand NK cells isolated from fresh human PBMC.

It should be noted that there is no phenol red in this medium.
According to the donor, a good expansion can be obtained. NK cells are also very activated, I do an overnight resting in RPMI without IL-2 before performing functional assay.

Good NK cells expansion for some donors, but quite expensive.
