I work on immune responses between target cells such as HEK cells or B-EBV cells. To quantify this immune response, I use this product on PBMCs to see if they proliferate more depending on the target cells used during co-culture.

The Bottom Line

Even if my very first experiments did not give clear results, I can now have precise data showing differences of CD8+ cells proliferation depending on target cells during co-culture. I recommend this product.
