We used this antibody to detect the presence of CD9 in transfected COS7 cells by western blot analysis. The antibody works well at the suggested concentration. Overall it's a very good antibody.

This antibody detected the CD9 marker in mammalian cell lysates through western blot analysis. When repeated, the results were consistent.
