We have been using this buffer to strip the bands for Western Blot. This buffer works great and can safely and effectively remove primary and secondary antibodies from both nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes.

Using this stripping buffer, primary and secondary antibodies from immunoblots were cleaned and efficiently removed without removing or damaging the immobilized antigen.
