Following treatments, gently collected conditioned media, centrifuged and supernatants were stored at -80C before being used for ELISA. Protocol is easy to follow and very reliable. ELISA is sensitive enough to detect at 1-5 pg level in the conditioned media. NO background signal in the blank wells.Protocol is easy to follow and very reliable. (R2=0.99).
