I am profiling the cytokine in COVID-19 patients based on the polymorphism of several genes. My goal to use this array kit was to study the inflammatory cytokine expression and correlate it with the polymorphism. This is a very simple and easy array kit. We used the company's free scanning service. Data were turned over within a week with all the necessary guides/materials for data analysis. The technical as well as customer service team was very responsive.I highly recommend this product if you have a limited sample and need to check multiple cytokines at once.

Follow each step and particularly washing steps. You will get great signals.
We were able to get values for 40 different cytokines despite a limited sample. We are working on putting this data for publication. The antibody has a great signal and the slides look great.
