We are an immunotherapy focused group, with interest in CD8 T-cells and their TCRs. For our experimental purposes, we routinely require naive T-cells from healthy blood donors. We are using this beads to perform magnetic isolation of the naive population, using the Automacs Pro Separator.

If many cells, it's best to split the sample in 2 separate tubes.
PBMCs were isolated from blood donors and naive T-cells were isolated with the help of these beads (alongside CD8 and CD45ro).

Easy to use, works well.
Very expensive and the expiry date is not that long.
These beads are performing well and in conjunction with the Auto-Macs the isolation doesn't take that long.
