I use this for very good actin staining on my cells (A549, MRC5, human primary cells, MSCs). I reconstitute this in 500 microliters of methanol 100%. I use 7 microliters every 1 ml of working solution (PBS 1x). Recommended 5-10 minutes of cell permeabilization prior actin staining.
