I use this reagent for fixing cells prior to flow cytometry analysis. Used so far on A549, MRC5, primary human cells, MSCs and lung tissue. Highly recommended. Important: use after staining.

Make sure to use after staining
This products allow to fix cells prior to flow cytometry analysis at least for a week. After staining, just resuspend cells in about 300 microliters of the reagent and keep your cells at 4 Celsius degree until analysis.
