The aim of the experiment was to check the levels of TRIM16 in osteosarcoma cell lines. So western blot analysis was done for the same. the results helped us analyze the difference in TRIM16 expression within the cell lines.
Western Blot
Osteosarcoma cell lines
1:2000 in 5% milk TBST overnight in 4 degree celsius
5% milk TBST for 1hour at room temperature.
1:2000 anti rabbit in 1% milk TBST at room temperature for 1 hour
X ray films
The western blot analysis helped us understand the expression pattern of TRIM16 varies among the osteosarcoma cell lines.
Give additional washes after primary and secondary antibody incubation to get rid of the background.
Strong band is detected.
Some non specific bands were observed.
Recommended to buy as it is a strong primary antibody but additional washes are required to get rid of the non specific bands and the background.
