The goal of our research is to check the bio-distribution of Cy5 labeled particle in lung tissue sections, however the signal from Cy5 is weak. So we used this anti-Cy5 antibody to amplify Cy5 signal to better show where our particles are.

Confocal microscopy
After staining of the tissue with this anti-Cy5 antibody, we are able to see stronger signals from the Cy5-particles. This anti-Cy5 antibody worked great to amplify Cy5 signal.
