IHC and Western blot
Antibody working perfect and highly specific to Perlipin-2. We tried in both IHC in human tissue and westernblot analysis in mouse tissue. for both experiments, the Perilipin-2 worked well. Our results clear show Perilipin-2 expressed on the Lipid droplet membrane and also detected the signal from mouse total tissue homogenates by western blot.
