After doing an adoptive transfer of 1:1 ratio of CD45.1+ and CD45.2+ Natural Killer cells into a double positive B6 mouse, we used the PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse CD45.2 Antibody to do a FACS analysis of the blood of the recipient mouse. We did this to ensure a successful transfer of a 1:1 ratio of the donor cells.

When used in par with an anti-CD45.1 antibody, the PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse CD45.2 antibody helped us identify a successful 1:1 injection of CD45.1 and CD45.2 NK cells into our donor mice.
The results were specific and we could use the antibody with other fluorophores.
We had to use a significant amount of antibody.
Antibody has great signal. Highly recommended.
