SepMate columns helped us to reduce the hands on time to isolated PBMCs from pelleted blood cells. Since we are using concentrated cells from cytapheresis residues that differ from one batch to the other for cells quantity, we had some RBC contamination. this issue can be solved by increasing the centrifugation time.
