I wanted to stain the expression of CD45 on the surface of peripheral immune cells and of one other origin, so I therefore stained human PBMCs in serial dilutions from 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400 and 1:800 respectively from left to right as seen in the image attached.

I really like this antibody and its staining, it's very clear with an obvious negative population. Recommended titration: 1:200 or 1:100 depending on cell number.
