1:500 Donkey anti-rabbit AF488 for 1h @ room temperature

Images were acquired using an inverted Zeiss LSM780 confocal microscope with an 20x 0.8NA air objective.

Results Summary

Great staining of αSMA+ (red) myoepithelial cells, surrounding the E-Cadherin+ (green) luminal cells.
