Aim of the study was to test the time course effect of a specific growth factor on p-ulk1 protein levels in mouse brain. The growth-arrested and growth synchronized cells were time-dependently treated without or with a growth factor, extracted proteins and its equal amounts were resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE. The resolved proteins were then immunoblotted with anti- p-ulk1 antibody.
