I wanted to stain the surface expression of CD1c in the violet laser 525/50 channel. I performed a serial dilution of the antibody at 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400, and 1:800 from left to right as shown in the image, staining 1 million PBMCs for 30 minutes at room temperature in the dark. Recommended dilution: 1:400.

Was required for staining cDC2 in human samples, however PBMC are not so rich. Background staining was therefore found in CD14+ monocytes; this is the cause of the smear in stain. Would recommend for this purpose.
