Product Name:

Lipofectamin Stem Transfection Reagent

Catalog Number:

STEM00001

We used this reagent transfecting neuronal stem cells. We achieved good transfection without much toxicity.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

Transfection

Starting Material

Transfected neuronal stem cells in a 24 wells plate by using 300ng DNA and 2 uL of reagent.

Tips

Opti-MEM media is recommended for preparing DNA and transfection reagent complex.

Results Summary

After transfection, we allowed the cells for 24 hours and visualized them under a confocal microscope. Transfection efficiency was ~60%. Cytotoxicity was also minimal.
