Ki67 antibody was used to in mouse pancreatic islet by immunofluorescence staining. The result demonstrated that Ki67 was detected in pancreatic duct cell nucleus (green), indicating proliferated cell. DAPI is used for nuclear staining (blues).
Antibody works well for IF.
