I bought Y-27632 dihydrochloride, a selective ROCK inhibitor for stem cell cryopreservation. It's diluted into 10 mM with DMSO first and used with 1:1000 when preparing cryopreservation medium. It froze stem cells very well, and most cells survived when thawing.
