I used this Mouse Interleukin-4 (IL-4) Protein in mice bone-marrow-derived macrophage cells (BMDM). BMDMs were induced to M2 macrophage cells by this IL-4 protein at 20 ng/mL. It works great, and the stimulations are very stable.

Use M-CSF culture BMDM for 7 days and then IL-4 to stimulate M2 macrophage cells.
24 h stimulation of BMDM by IL-4 at 20 ng/mL is good enough to generate M2 macrophage cells. The results are stable and reliable.
Reliable
A little expensive.
This IL-4 protein works great for M2 macrophage stimulation. Highly recommended.
