Microscopy
We observed a significant induction on the capacity of H2AX foci formation 1h after radiation treatment compared to the untreated (control) samples. This results has been validated in multiple cell lines, different radiation doses and time-points after radiation.
Antibody with good signal and detection of foci formation.
Nothing I will change.
The antibody is very robust and strong. I highly recommend it.
