To explore the possible signaling pathways involved in BT20, 30 ng/ml TNF-a was used to treat BT20 cells. The results showed that NFKB pathway was activated by TNF-a as evidenced by the expression levels of IKBalpha, and p-Ser176/180-IKKa/IKKb.
