To examine how LPS affects the expression levels of phosphorylation of TLR3 on tyrosine 759, LPS was used to treat wild type mouse hepatocytes. The results showed that the expression levels of phosphorylation of TLR3 on tyrosine 759 was somewhat upregulated after administration of LPS.
