Endogenous IRF3 was detected in THP-1 cell lysates via immunoblot with rabbit anti-IRF3 from Cell Signaling. THP-1 cells transduced with recombinant lentivirus expressing sgRNA specific to IRF3 were used as a "knockout" control for specificity.
