I really like this kit, but it is not my favorite. It is cheaper than other kits, and the yield is excellent, but it just takes a little longer.

I recommend following the instructions just as is.
It is a great kit works really well. I have used this in bacterial cells as well, and it has always given me good DN yield.
Works well with all cell lines.
A little slower and more complicated with newer kits.
I would recommend this product even though its more complicated than other kits. The price is great and so is the yield.
