I use this for knocking down genes, overexpressing genes and pretty much all transfections I do and it has worked really well. The maximum knockdown I have gotten is 95%. The knockdown is not very stable, but it works well for my needs.

I have used this a lot and in some cells it works better than others. It is a little expensive, but you can optimize the amount per reaction needed.

I have used many transfection reagents and this one is my favorite by far. It is great and works on most of the cell lines. I also didn't have to optimize it a lot. The same protocol works for most of my cancer cell lines.
