I use Bio-Rad system for my western blots and have been using this buffer for years. It works pretty well with it.

I dilute it according to instruction and don't use expired buffer.
I use for the electrophoresis steps during westerns. It has SDS so all I have to do is just dilute it.
It's cheap and works well for me all the time.
Sometimes I have gotten faulty batches, but Bio-Rad customer service is good.
I use this all the time and would recommend using it. It works great, and is cheap.
