I use this Bio-Rad system for my western blots and have been using this buffer for years. It works pretty well with it.

I add some detergent on top for washing the membrane when using this.
I use this for washing steps during westerns. It doesn't have SDS so all I have to do is just dilute it.
Easy to use and pretty cheap.
Sometimes I have gotten faulty batches, but Bio-Rad customer service is good.
I use this all the time and would recommend using it. It works great, and is cheap.
