I use Bio-Rad system for my western blots and have been using this buffer for years. It works pretty well with it.

I use for the transfer steps during westerns. It doesn;t have SDS so all I have to do is add methanol.
Easy to use, just dilute it.
Sometimes I have gotten faulty batches, but Bio-Rad customer service is good.
I use this all the time and would recommend using it. It works great, and is cheap.
