I have used this SMART-POOL siRNA to Knock-down human Rel-A protein. It did not need a lot of optimization and honestly worked really well the first time itself! I got around 8--90% KD after 72 hours of transfection.

Great to transiently KD human Rel-A. I detected the knockdown using both western blot and qPCR. I used their scrambled control plasmid as control.

Easy to use and does the job.

The Bad

The KD is transient, but I guess that is what you expect from siRNA.

The Bottom Line

I really liked this plasmid and highly recommend it. I use a 80% confluent dish of cells and lipofectamine as the transfection reagent.
