The aim of the experiment was to check if the drugs used can cause ER stress. The levels of BiP increase with ER stress. Therefore, in this experiment, the levels of BiP were checked after different drug treatments.

the western blot shows that some of the drugs used in this experiment were able to increase the ER stress as could be seen through the enhanced levels of BiP.
Very specific antibody, easily detected.
The product is not bad.
