Summary

The Good

Short span of time (60 secs) is enough to allow activation of surfaces for bonding.

The Bad

Hopefully the space inside would be bigger to accommodate more chips.

The Bottom Line

This is the fastest bonding device we have so far, and the quick turnaround compensates for the small space inside the machine.
