The Good
Interface is easy to use. Optimization is quick. Protocols can be saved and repeated measures are as easy as click and save.
The Bad
Like flow cytometry, some settings can be changed to "gate" to a certain diameter you are looking for. NTA depends on motion analysis, so you do not really get the same results every time.
The Bottom Line
This is a relatively painless way to do nanoparticle tracking analysis. Highly recommended for extracellular vesicle researchers.
